12th Pune book fair to open tomorrow

TOI PUNE: The 12th edition of the Pune book fair will be held at the Ganesh Kala Krida Manch from October 15 to October 20.
Leading publishers, booksellers, educational institutes and service providers from all over the country will have stalls at the fair. Books in various Indian languages will be available.
Organisations like the Sahitya Parishad, Archeological Survey of India, World Health Organisation and the Central Hindi Directorate will put up their full range of publications. The National Film Archives of India will display posters and information on acclaimed films in Hindi and other Indian languages to commemorate the centenary of Indian cinema.
The British Council Division, the Indialogue Foundation and the Y Axis, among others, will provide an international flavour to the book fair. The exhibition will have a special section for persons with disablities. Hearing aids, books on Braille and education aids for the blind will be the focus of the fair.
