This level also has the Training Academy, Travel Desk (to take care of out members' travel needs), and Insurance Desk (helping out members insure a safe future).

Out separate Spas for men and women are individually equipped with changing rooms, shower rooms, steam rooms, message rooms, body composition rooms, and members' lockers.
The Fitness Floor sprawls over 4,000 square feet. It comprises of the Cardiovascular, Stretch, Strength Training and Free Weight Sections.
Our Cardiovascular Section has over 20 cardiovascular equipments including treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, cross trainers and stair climber, all manufactured by the world renowned Life Fitness Inc. U. S. A.
The Strength Training Section contains Motion Technology Selectorised machines (MTS), introduced in India for the first time. It also contains other top-of-the-line Hammer Strength, Pro Series and Club Series equipment manufactured by Life Fitness Inc U.S.A. the world's leading strength training manufacturer.
The Free Weights Section comprises of rubberized weight plates, fixed and adjustable barbells and dumbbells ranging from 2.5 lbs to 100 lbs.

The Stretch Trainers at the Stretch Section ensure that you can have a safe and effective flexibility workout.
Out Group Activity Studio has a variety of equipment like fit balls, body bars, BOSU, bands, RIPP, group strength, FitBoxe etc for over 200 group classes aimed at different muscle groups and intensity.

We plan to have an indoor coffee shop and a poolside cafe that will serve power breakfasts, salads and health food combining taste with nutrition. The spread will also include juices, smoothies, supplements, nutritional shakes and several other treats for members to indulge in at any time of the day.
This area comprises of a temperature controlled Half Olympic Size Swimming Pool, which will be the venue for innovative and fun filled aqua classes that will be conduced as per scheduled; a cafe; loungers and beautifully landscaped Group Activity Studios.
The Group Activity Studios will be used for classes like yoga, abs, group strength, obstacle courses etc, held in the morning and evening. These classes will be scheduled in a way as to take maximum advantage of the beautiful, pollution free outdoor, surrounded by lush green exteriors on the three sides of the complex.

Another outstanding feature of our fitness club is out army of fitness professionals. We will have professional nutritionists on board to monitor your weight. They will design personalized nutrition programs for your specific fitness goals. They will also design special seasonal nutrition plans, ensuring you enjoy seasonal foods (e.g. summer, winters, Diwali, Christmas, etc), while avoiding weight gain. These nutritionists will also give classes on cooking low-cal, healthy and tasty food at home.
