Punediary.com Friend Finder Club or Pune Dating (henceforth herein referred to as Punediary.com Friend Finder Club) is for Adults only. The user must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
Please read the Agreement carefully before registering for and/or using Punediary.com Friend Finder Club. This is a legal agreement between the user the user and Punediary.com Friend Finder Club. It will be the responsibility of the user to see to it that his/her login id and password is not been misused by others. Only one person can use one Login Id, no group of people or even more than one person can make use of the same Login Id. It will be the responsibility of the user the change his/her password if one feels that their password is known by some one else and is been misused.
The user is not allowed to assign or otherwise transfer the account to any other person or entity. No user will transmit to other users of Punediary.com Friend Finder Club any harassing, offensive, inexact, impolite, offensive sexually oriented, threatening, or any material that violates another party's rights. You are not allowed to upload with your profile or else where any photos containing nudity or any other kind of objectionable material which violates the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Punediary.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness of any of the profiles of the users,  nor does support anything including (but not limited to) Photographs and textual matter in any of the profiles.
If we receive any kind of complaint about any of the members violating the terms of this agreement, and if the seriousness and truth of the complaint is confirmed we shall delete the profile against which we had received the complaint. In such cases the other user who complaints about the other user should present adequate proofs to prove himself/herself right.
Under no circumstances will Punediary.com be responsible for any kind of loss, damage, mislead, or misconception resulting from the reliance on information or any kind of content in Punediary.com Friend Finder Club. Authenticity of the users must be confirmed before relaying on anybody from the profiles listed in the Punediary.com Friend Finder Club.

Punediary.com reserves the rights to terminate any users account if Punediary.com learns that such user has provided false or misleading registration information or has violated the terms. Punediary.com reserves the rights to refuse/terminate/delete any application without giving any explanation. Clients are advised to check for appropriate identification, (driver's license passport, residential  proof, references, etc.) before meeting any potential contact , this is done to safe guard any misrepresentation of the person or facts. Punediary.com will be not be responsible for any fake profile.
In the divorce category it should be legally divorce. There is no membership fee for Punediary.com You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login name and / or password You are responsible for all the uses of your account, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify Punediary.com of any un authorized use of your account. Punediary.com will not disclose any individual real name address or telephone no with out search users prior written consent.

Punediary.com reserves the right to terminate any users account if it is known that such user has provided with false or misleading registration information or has violated the terms. Punediary.com reserves the right to refuse/terminate/delete any application without giving any explanation.
Clients are advised to check for appropriate identification, (residential proof, references, driver's license passport etc.) before meeting any potential contact, this is done to safe guard any misrepresentation of the person or facts. Punediary.com will be not be responsible for any fake entry.
There is no membership fee for the buy-sell section. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login name and/or password. A nominal fee of 2% will be charged by Punediary.com on any transaction that takes place through us. The fee is calculated on the total amount of the actual transaction amount.
Before getting into any transaction you are responsible to check the legal formalities of the deal taking place. Punediary.com will not be responsible for the same and legal authenticity of the other party. Please check & do all the legal formalities as we will not assume any type of responsibility for the same now or otherwise.
In case of any default Punediary.com does not assume any type of responsibility.
It will be the responsibility of the user to delete his/her entry by using the login id and password from the Buy-Sell section after the vehicle, property, other articles or any thing else that was in the Buy-Sell listing are no long for Sale or for Buying.
Violation of our Rules and Regulations will lead to legal action by Punediary.com.

Model of the Month Contest :
The contest is open for female models. No height or any other kinds of restrictions. Models who have performed or appeared for other web sites or agencies are still eligible to enter the contest.
The contest will be held every month only for female models. Only four models will be selected in a month, where each model will be 'Model of The Week' for a particular week. Every week the portfolios of all models will appear. The previous and forthcoming models for that month will also be displayed with it.
'Model of the Month' will be selected on the basis of the Poll results of each model. The winners will be given prizes. The photographs of the models which will be displayed on their profiles shall be kept with Punediary.com. The photograph should depict contestant's appearance and personality, including photogenic quality and vitality. The contestant must in their own hand writing must legibly write their name and signature on the form or on the back of the photograph. Photos may be color or black and white. The models will have to give it in writing that their photographs and other details that appear on their page on Punediary.com is entirely by their will and with their written permission. The models fill the entry form in their own hand writing with their signature on the form. Incomplete, inaccurate, damaged, illegible and or postage-due entries may be disqualified.
We do not allow Right Click (Right Click on a mouse is mainly used for copying contents from a web page) in the Model of the Month section to avoid copying of photographs and other matter on the pages of the models, but there can be other ways of copying photographs from the site, if the photographs or/and other matter are copied in this manner, in such cases Punediary.com will not be responsible for the same.
If the model has specified the email id or anything else by means of which one may get in contact with them, in such a cases if the model receives mails containing objectionable matter/bad words/unpleasant language or mails that threaten/harass/abuse or express violence/racism/hatred/vulgarity - any or all things of such type, Punediary.com will not be responsible for it.
Winners of the 'Model of the Month' and 'Model of the Year' contests will be chosen on the basis of the percentage of the Excellent, Good, Average and Poor votes and also on the total number of votes a particular model gets. All decisions of the judges are final. Models once declared as winners will not be changed under any circumstances.
The Child Model section is free for all those who wish to be a part of it. Male Model section will also be free for all the male models willing to put their portfolios in this section. There is no competition for the Child Models and Male Models, there will just be a photo gallery for these sections. 
'Model of the Year' will be selected from the winners of the 'Model of the Month Contest'. Model of the Year will get a free holiday packages. The nature of the prizes to give may change (i.e. cash prizes may be transformed into gift vouchers and vice-versa), any kind of objection regarding the nature of prizes given will not be entertained.
Model of month Winners Photograph will be On PuneDiary.Com forever and wont be removed. Incase if you want to remove your photographs from punediary.com you have to give us written and should take confirmation in written from punediary.com.

Online Messages :
Punediary.com is not at all responsible partly or entirely for the messages posted in the Online Messages. The user is fully responsible for the content that is entered in the Online Messages. The online messages shall remain on Punediary.com for that particular date only (and not for the entire 24 hrs after entering the message). Online messages objectionable in any manner, or having any material that violates any or all the rules shall be deleted immediately. Obscene messages of any kind will be deleted immediately.
No user can use this service for the purpose of promoting business or anything else. Online Messages service will not be used for any kind of commercial purpose.

Send Bouquet :
The orders posted in this service will be first confirmed on telephone. Color / Look of the arrangement might vary depending on availability of fresh flowers. Delivery charges in PMC area will be Rs. 30/- only and in PCMC area will be Rs. 50 /- only. Delivery charges and the Bouquet cost will have to be paid in advance. If the address of the recipient is incomplete or incorrect the sender will have to pay the delivery charges irrespective of weather the Bouquet is delivered or not.

E-Cards :
The cards sent from Punediary.com, if remain unchecked by the recipient for a month the cards get expired and the recipient may not receive these cards. So make sure that the recipient receives the card in time. Punediary.com will not be responsible for the loss of the cards.

Movie Search :
Punediary.com is not responsible for the last minute changes in the timings of the shows and movies in the theaters. We have given the Advance booking timings in general, these are not exact timings. Users are requested to confirm for themselves at the Theaters by using the phone numbers provided by us on the Punediary.com.

Home Service :
The orders posted in this service will be first confirmed on telephone. Service charges in PMC area will be Rs. 50/- only and in PCMC area will be Rs. 100 /- only. We shall send the workmen to your place, after that if due to any reason the work is not done by those people or due to any other reason the services charges will not be refunded.

Jokes :
Jokes that are entered in this section are solely from the users of this section. Punediary.com is not responsible is any of the jokes entered in this section which Defames or Insults or hurts the feelings or anything of that sort of any individual or any group or any community.
Jokes entered if found offensive or objectionable or violating the terms will be removed immediately.

Ask Us :
Through this service we provide you the information within a short time. We do not claim that the information we provide will be correct but it will be true to the best of our knowledge. We are just providing you with the list of people of different Blood Groups in the Blood Donors list. Though most of the names are put by those who are really interested in donating blood, weather to donate blood or not entirely depends on the individual. Punediary.com will not be responsible if any one from the blood donors list refuses to donate blood when asked to.

Financial Aid Centers :
In this section we have provided you with the list of the organizations who provide financial Aid. The cheques given by these organizations are generally issued by the name of the Hospital concerned and not by the name of any individual. Punediary.com will not be responsible in any way if any organization that is listed by us denies your request of financial Aid.

Jobs :
We don't promise to give jobs to every one that sends his/her details from this section. We shall forward your profiles to the appropriate places and they shall contact you directly. In case we have vacancies in our company we shall contact you.

The distances provide in the site are approximate distances, and not exact. The routes and timings given in Punediary.com for the P.M.T., S.T., Pune Darshan Bus, Air Timings and in any other sections may also not be exact. We are not responsible for any kind of last minute changes.
