INFRASTRUCTURE
The Sanskriti family is fortunate to have a 7
acre campus
with 45000 Sq.Ft. Built up area surrounded by the serenity and
beauty of nature all around. It is a unique
campus which is far from the madding crowd and
gives an opportunity to the children to learn
from the greatest teacher, Mother Nature. It is
a place where rock climbing can be done on real
hills and children have gardening patches of
their own. The neighbouring farms provide rich
resources for Geography lessons, where the
children can observe the sowing, tending and
harvesting of different crops. Learning about
rabi and kharif crops is no longer a dull and
drab activity to be learnt from books.
The beautiful natural environment and picture
postcard view provides a conducive atmosphere
for outdoor classes. Our
campus is 10 minutes from Chandini Chowk and has
catered for airy classrooms, sprawling sports
grounds, an auditorium, a multipurpose hall,
Audio-Video Room and an administrative block. |

Admissions
* Admissions are open for Pre-Primary, Classes I
- X for the
next academic session (2009-2010)
The new academic session commences in June 2009.
Procedure:
• We believe that it is difficult to gain accurate
information about a young child when interviewed in a new
and strange setting.
• We emphasize on developing a child’s potential hence an
interview is not considered as a screening technique where a
young child is judged against a set of specific criteria.
Our Admission Procedure entails:
1) |
A meeting of the Principal and parents,
where the parents get an opportunity to
understand the school’s philosophy and
the Principal gets to know what kind of
a school the parents are looking for.
|
2) |
A Classroom visit – where the child
experiences the real life of the Class
for two days by spending time in school
and the teacher can observe the child
within the context of the Class
community. |
3) |
Interaction with parents – Parents
seeking admission for their children are
encouraged to talk to the parents who
have chosen Sanskriti School, Pune for their children. |
4) |
Final Discussion with the parents to discuss their
impressions or apprehensions about the
school, its philosophy, expectations and
parents’ future plans also. In short, we
are looking for discerning parents who
agree with our philosophy and have faith
in it. |

CONCEPT OF SUBJECT ROOMS
We realise that children are by nature curious
and have boundless reserves of energy. The
monotony of sitting in a classroom throughout
the day is broken by the children going to
different subject rooms during different
periods, for e.g. at any given point of time you
might find one group trying out an experiment in
the Science Room, while the other group is
exploring a country in the Geography Room, while
some children may be engrossed in art and craft
work. Different learning areas have the
reference books/resource material readily
available, making teaching and learning more
effective and interesting.
At present we have the following
rooms
:
Classroom Size : 8 Meter x 6 Meter |
