- Working since 1980 as a Social Worker.
- Invested Rs. 3 crore for the development
of ward no.19 from Municipal corporation.
- Made new garden in the open space area
of Vijay Nagar Colony.
- Made new jogging track, Land scapping
in Sarasbagh.
- Development Work in Mandiwale Colony,
Sneha Nagar, and Khajinavihir.
- Supply of drinking water, Drainage line
and electricity facility in the ward.
- Renovation of Pandit Nehru Stadium and
Ganesh Kala Krida Manch.
- Approval of big amount for new
drinking water Pipeline in Sathe Colony.
- Various development work in the slum
areas of Hirabagh, Sathe Colony, and Parvati Paitha.
- Open space area of Hotel Ellora Chowk
and in front of Kalaprasad will be taken under Pune Corporation and soon
works will be started to make a new Garden.
- Internal development work in Wadia
Hospital.
- Prepared a master plan of Rs. 3 crore
for Baburao Sanas Sports Ground where various games will be organized
and Synthetic Track will be made soon.
- Soon the open space in front of
Baburao Sanas Sports Ground will be taken under for making new hanging
Garden.
- New under Ground road from Annabhau
Sathe Putalla and Ahillyabai Holkar Putala to Sarasbagh.
- K. Keshavrao Jhede's and K. Vasantdada
Patil's Statues will be shifted and space will be left for traffic.
- Nearly 800 sellers of Junabazaar in
Mangalwar Peth will be given Permanent Market (invested Rs.3 crore).
Projects :
- Workers staying in the areas of Timber
Market Colony No.6 and Colony No.8 of Ganj Peth will be included in free
Gharkul Yojna.
- New Gharkul Yojna for the 200 People
residing in the Hirabagh Slum.
- 325 houses will be built for Tribal
People staying in Sr. No. 68 of Kothrud (invested Rs.3 crore).
