Public Relations and
Journalism |
The PR Industry is
one of the fastest growing industries in the
world and is increasingly gaining importance by
the corporates. The course is an intensive
programme which is designed to enable students
to understand and analyze brands and businesses,
identify communication and PR needs of
corporates, strategize and provide solutions and
campaigns to fulfill these needs. In order to
create a PR plan successfully, pitch stories to
Journalists and deal with the media, students
must know and understand what is news, what
makes a story, how a Journalist's mind ticks,
what a Journalist seeks in a story and how
journalists work. We give students an in-depth
insight into Journalism and acquaint them with

A vibrant media
industry coupled with a healthy growing economy,
support a highly competitive advertising
industry in India with many of the world's top
agencies having local or regional offices.
Global advertising expenditure (newspapers,
magazines, television, radio, cinema, outdoor,
internet) is estimated at US$ 490 billion (Rs.
23,52,000 crore).The course encompasses
fundamentals of creativity, graphic and design
and will give students an all round
understanding of the industry, the way agencies
work, the various roles within an agency and the
